Shiraktsy Lyceum was established on the infrastructure inherited from the Soviet Union. These buildings of more than half a century old were a shelter both for the refugees of the NKR war and for thousands of generations of talented people.

‘Lyceum is our home’ say the students of the lyceum and since every house need a repair; the historical infrastructure of the lyceum also needs reformations, modernization or fundamental renovation. Besides separate parts of the building to be fundamentally rebuilt, there is a need for interior renovation of the rooms, windows, doors and other interior parts.
